Responsibilities
• Build and maintain org charts for strategic accounts within existing customer relationships. • Partner with the Account Executive to identify cross-sell entry points by persona, department, and use case. • Create targeted contact lists and engagement strategies aligned to overall account strategy using CRM data. • Run outbound sequences into new personas or departments within existing accounts for meeting generation. • Set introductory meetings/discovery sessions with assigned Account Executive after generating qualified opportunities. • Manage inbound expansion signals and coordinate next steps between the lead AE and other team members. • Own the Monthly Business Review cadence, including scheduling, preparation, follow-ups, action tracking, gathering inputs from Sales, Product, Support teams, producing customer ready decks with goals, KPIs, upcoming priorities, ensuring commitments are documented and assigned to team members. • Turn account strategy into weekly execution plans by maintaining the "single source of truth" for account plans & initiatives while managing internal alignment through prep work for customer calls, coordinating SMEs (Subject Matter Experts), capturing notes, distributing actions among team members and identifying any gaps to proactively resolve them. • Monitor account changes such as org shifts, product usage patterns, support trends, competitive signals by providing feedback for messaging strategies and products based on customer intelligence insights. • Prospect into target accounts outside the current customer base using multi-channel outbound strategies to generate qualified meetings with potential net-new opportunities.
