Requirements
• Proven experience managing and leading a high-performing Analytics Engineering team in a product-driven environment. Experience in Financial Services. • Proven track record of mentoring and developing Analytics / Data Engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and professional growth. • Proven track record of successfully delivering Analytics Engineering projects with a focus on trustworthy, high-quality data. • Demonstrable experience in managing project delivery, including planning, prioritisation, and execution. Experience with Agile/Scrum. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. • Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical requirements. • Ideally you would have the following: • Solid understanding of modern data platform architectures, DBT and Snowflake. (data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, data orchestration, streaming data, data governance). • A proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements related to data pipeline reliability, data quality and performance. • We’re building a place where everyone truly feels they belong.
