Responsibilities
• Campaign Architecture: Conceptualize and execute full-funnel campaigns across Google Search, YouTube (including Shorts), and Performance Max. • Hands-on Optimization: Conduct rigorous A/B testing on headlines, extensions, and landing page paths to maximize Quality Score and ROAS. • Budget Scaling: Manage and scale monthly spend to support our $1M–$5M ARR growth targets, ensuring efficiency as we grow. • Creative Strategy: Partner with creative teams to iterate on video hooks and ad copy based on real-time performance data and creative fatigue metrics. • Technical Tracking: Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate) and ensure tracking accuracy via GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
