Owning and prioritising the data product roadmap, balancing impact, scalability, and feasibility
Designing scalable data models, analytics frameworks, and reporting architectures
Establishing clear success metrics, building dashboards, and tracking performance and data health
Leading the Data domain from a product perspective, partnering closely with Analytics Engineers and Analysts
Driving cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Finance, Operations and beyond - ensuring data enables smarter, faster decisions
What we think you'll need
Proven data product expertise – 5+ years in technical product management, with a strong focus on data products or data-driven domains. You’re comfortable operating in technically complex environments and partnering closely with engineers and data teams.
Proven data product expertise
Fintech or financial services experience is a plus — particularly in fast-scaling or high-growth environments.
Fintech or financial services experience
Strong hands-on knowledge of the Google data stack, particularly BigQuery and Looker, with the ability to translate data capabilities into business impact.

Working together in person helps us move faster, collaborate better, and build a great Liberis culture. Our hybrid working policy requires team members to be in the office at least 3 days a week, but ideally 4 days. At Liberis, we embrace flexibility as a core part of our culture, while also valuing the importance of the time our teams spend together in the office.
