PerfectServe - Mobile Developer I - US Remote
Requirements
• Some prior technical experience in mobile development, software development, or a related technical areaOR a bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or another programming/technology-related field from an accredited higher education institution. • Working knowledge of React Native and JavaScript/TypeScript, including React fundamentals such as components, state, props, and hooks. • Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and/or Agile delivery practices. • Familiarity with mobile UI/UX principles and an interest in building skills across both iOS and Android. • Experience using Git for version control and consuming REST APIs. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Health IT experience (a plus) • PerfectServe offers unified healthcare communication solutions to help physicians, nurses, and care team members provide exceptional patient care. In order to best service our customers on the phone, face-to-face, or on the computer, all employees must be able to communicate with or without reasonable accommodation. Depending on the assignment, may require ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; or the ability to stand, walk and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10 - 50 pounds. Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native for both iOS and Android under the guidance of more senior mobile engineers. • Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive code. • Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs. • Debug and resolve bugs, performance issues, and platform-specific quirks between iOS and Android. • Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback from senior engineers. • Write and maintain basic unit and integration tests to help ensure application stability. • Communicate effectively in a remote environment, including maintaining an active on-camera presence during meetings when expected.
