Diagrid - Fullstack Software Engineer

• Strong professional experience developing production applications with TypeScript and Node.js. • Experience building modern web applications using React or a similar frontend framework. • Solid understanding of backend architecture, REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and service integrations. • Experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar technologies. • Familiarity with cloud-native development, containerization, and modern deployment practices. • Understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including testing, performance, security, and maintainability. • Ability to independently own technical projects and deliver high-quality solutions. • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working in an environment where requirements evolve. • Clear communication skills and experience collaborating with distributed engineering teams. • A product mindset and genuine interest in understanding the problems developers and customers are trying to solve. • Experience building AI-powered applications, AI agents, or LLM integrations. • Familiarity with AI frameworks, orchestration tools, or agent development patterns. • Experience with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, or microservices. • Knowledge of Dapr, Kubernetes, Docker, or cloud infrastructure. • Experience with real-time systems, messaging, or asynchronous workflows. • Contributions to open-source projects or experience working with developer-focused products. • Experience working in an early-stage or high-growth technology startup. • Diagrid's team works across Europe and North America. • Our India team’s day typically starts around 12:00 PM IST, with afternoons overlapping Europe and evenings overlapping the US.
