Requirements
• Experience: 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-Suite leaders in a high-growth tech environment. • Strategic Mindset: Ability to understand the "big picture" and anticipate the needs of executive leadership before they arise. • Communication Mastery: Outstanding writing and verbal skills; ability to communicate with professionalism to external partners and internal stakeholders. • AI Literacy: High proficiency in leveraging AI tools to automate administrative workflows, synthesize meeting transcripts, and draft executive communications. • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Google Workspace, especially Sheets, Docs and Slides. Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce) and Project Management software is a plus. • Discretion: Proven ability to handle highly confidential information with absolute integrity. • Adaptability: A "no task too big or small" mentality with the flexibility to pivot as priorities shift in a fast-paced startup. • Glia is an equal-opportunity employer. Responsibilities
• Strategic Sync & Execution: Attend high-profile leadership meetings; capture key decisions, synthesize action items, and drive follow-up to ensure nothing stalls. • Calendar Optimization: Manage complex, high-velocity calendars for the executive team. • Strategic Coordination: Partner with senior leadership to assist in tracking performance metrics, preparing for business reviews and executive meetings, and streamlining communication across the organization. • Material Development: Design and polish high-stakes presentations and briefing materials for Board meetings, investor relations, and strategic partnerships. • Project Management: Lead special projects and research assignments that cross-cut departments. • Logistics & Events: Coordinate complex international travel and execute high-impact events, including executive offsites, board meetings, and departmental sync weeks. • Operational Excellence: Manage expenses, reimbursements, and administrative duties in collaboration with HR and Finance to ensure seamless office and remote operations.
