Requirements
• 12+ years of experience in technical delivery, program, or project management • Proven track record delivering large, complex, enterprise‑scale initiatives • Strong understanding of software delivery, cloud platforms, integrations, and enterprise systems • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to operate confidently with senior leadership and client executives • Added Advantage (Strong Plus – Atlassian Focused) • Strong experience with the Atlassian ecosystem – Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management (Cloud / Data Center) • Hands‑on exposure to Atlassian Cloud migrations, enterprise implementations, integrations, and optimization • Ability to align delivery with Atlassian best practices, governance models, and enterprise standards • Experience working in consulting / professional services environments, delivering client‑facing engagements • Education and Certifications: • Bachelors Degree • PMP / PgMP / PRINCE2 / SAFe / Scrum Master or equivalent delivery certifications • ITIL certification (especially for service management–led programs) • Atlassian Certifications / Accreditations (ACP, ACP‑JSM, ACP‑Cloud, etc.) • Other Preferences: • Immediate joiners preferred • Experience with global delivery models (onsite‑offshore) is a plus • What We Believe In • At Cprime we believe in facilitating social justice action internally, in industry, and within our communities. Responsibilities
• End‑to‑End Delivery Ownership: • Own full lifecycle delivery of complex, large‑scale technical programs from initiation to closure • Manage scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments across multiple workstreams • Ensure adherence to delivery governance, quality standards, and contractual outcomes • Stakeholder & Client Management: • Lead senior stakeholder and executive‑level communication across business, IT, and partners • Provide clear visibility into delivery status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans • Act as a trusted delivery partner and escalation owner for clients • Technical Leadership & Blocker Resolution: • Partner closely with architects, engineering, and platform teams to resolve technical blockers • Anticipate risks early and drive pragmatic, scalable technical and delivery solutions • Translate technical complexity into clear, business‑oriented communication • Delivery Governance & Execution: • Drive delivery using Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate • Lead cross‑functional teams, including engineering, QA, platform, migration, and operations • Own go‑live readiness, cutovers, hypercare, and transition to steady‑state support • Responsible for program/project delivery, including scope, quality, timeline, commercials, and effort adherence
