Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end delivery from solution shaping and proposal support through execution and successful completion. • Own delivery governance including scope, risks, dependencies, quality and overall delivery health. • Establish effective governance frameworks to drive transparency, faster decision-making and predictable outcomes. • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, including C-level executives, business leaders and technology teams. • Ensure compliance with local regulatory standards including PDPA, Bank of Thailand frameworks and data localization requirements. • Collaborate with developers, architects and engineering leaders to manage technical challenges and delivery trade-offs. • Translate complex technical issues into clear business communication for executive stakeholders and governance forums. • Drive adoption of Agile delivery, DevOps, quality engineering, design thinking and AI-enabled delivery practices. • Lead or support proposal development, solution shaping, estimation, staffing strategy and commercial delivery planning. • Coach delivery and technical leaders while fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation and delivery excellence.
