Requirements

• 6-8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including meaningful time in solutions or product marketing • Experience managing or mentoring at least one direct report, with a track record of developing team members • Familiarity with cybersecurity, identity security, PAM, or adjacent enterprise security markets preferred • Proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into buyer-relevant messaging for CISO, IAM, and DevOps audiences • Strong writing and editing skills, with sound judgment on what makes messaging and content effective • Track record of delivering messaging and sales assets that support campaign execution and are adopted by sales teams • Effective cross-functional collaborator who can work well with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Content, and Sales • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities
