Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, accounting, or another business-related field.• Demonstrated experience conducting organizational studies and evaluations.• Demonstrated experience designing systems and procedures.• Demonstrated experience conducting work simplification and measurement studies.• Demonstrated experience preparing operations and procedure manuals in a government environment.• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.• Ability to complete IRS suitability / staff-like access requirements. • Experience improving federal cybersecurity, audit, compliance, or IT service delivery processes.• Experience with SOPs, process maps, risk registers, change control logs, QASP, PMPs, and governance artifacts.• Experience supporting knowledge transfer, transition-in, transition-out, or methodology updates.• IRS / Treasury / Publication 1075 / Safeguards experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct organizational studies and operational evaluations.• Design systems, procedures, and process improvements.• Conduct work simplification and measurement studies.• Prepare operations and procedures manuals.• Support management efficiency and effectiveness in a government environment.• Support methodology planning, change management, risk registers, dependency tracking, and process documentation where needed.• Assist with transition, governance, and continuous improvement artifacts.
