Requirements
• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance. • Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills with experience building dynamic forecasting models. • Experience working in high-growth SaaS or technology environments preferred. • Strong analytical curiosity and comfort working through ambiguity. • Experience leveraging AI tools to automate analysis, improve workflows, and increase productivity. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex analyses into executive-ready recommendations. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. • What You’ll Get • What You’ll Get • We are targeting a starting salary of $124,000 - $166,000 based on the intended level for this role. Responsibilities
• Financial Planning & Forecasting • Own portions of the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial planning process. • Develop financial models that improve visibility into company performance and future investment decisions. • Analyze monthly results, identify business drivers, and communicate actionable insights to leadership. • Partner closely with Accounting to ensure accurate reporting and alignment between actuals, forecasts, and KPIs. • Operational Excellence • Improve and automate planning workflows using AI, modern financial tooling, and scalable processes. • Identify opportunities to eliminate manual reporting through automation and self-service analytics. • Help evolve executive reporting and dashboards that improve decision-making across the organization. • Support board materials, leadership presentations, and strategic planning initiatives. • Cross-Functional Partnership • Collaborate across R&D, G&A, and Operations to understand business performance and financial impact. • Become a trusted finance partner capable of simplifying complex business questions into clear financial recommendations. • Help establish consistent planning disciplines as Dutchie continues to scale.
