• Managing and monitoring clients across multiple platforms. • Timely and effective collection of all outstanding debts and customers payments • Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans • Investigate and resolve client discrepancies. • Control overdue clients through various different platform tools. • Maintaining contact with clients to ensure invoices are clear for payment • Create trust relationship with debtors when possible to avoid future issues. • Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable. • Working with debt collections agency and reviewing progress reports. • Ensure there is an adequate provision for doubtful debt. • Addressing ongoing customer complaints/concerns or billing issues which may delay payment of the client. • Provide clients with requested documentation when needed.
