Requirements

Responsibilities
• Relationship Manage a portfolio of SME customers. • Understand customer’s needs and business aspirations. • Look for opportunities to support them via Allica Bank services and through their own external networks. • Originating lending opportunities from initial enquiry through completion, including writing credit papers in line with Allica's policy. • Delivering the local area’s business plan actively managing objectives and personal development plans. • Ensuring excellent service for SME customers, prospects, and advisors to make colleagues proud of representation at Allica. • Working closely and collaboratively with all areas of Allica for seamless professional service provision. • Being a positive contributor to Allica’s culture by always demonstrating the bank's values.
