Responsibilities
• Test software applications for bugs using various testing tools and methodologies to ensure quality assurance standards are met. • Collaborate with developers by providing feedback on code functionality and suggesting improvements based on test results. • Document defects found during the testing process, including severity levels, reproduction steps, and potential impact analysis. • Prioritize bug fixes in collaboration with development teams to ensure timely resolution of critical issues affecting user experience or system stability. • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to AI software quality assurance practices by attending workshops, webinars, conferences, etc.
Benefits
• $200 - $250k… for now. This role includes a significant equity component. We are an early-stage startup, so we favor equity over cash in our current compensation philosophy. You should too, or an early-stage startup might not be for you.
