Requirements
• Inglés Intermedio • Título universitario en gestión de TI o campo relacionado • Experiencia de 10+ años en el ecosistema SAP PP. • Al menos 2 migraciones S/4HANA de ciclo completo grandes/globales (Brownfield, Greenfield o Transición de Datos Selectiva). • Experiencia profunda en Manufactura, específicamente en los sectores de Materiales de Construcción o Minería. • Sólida experiencia en la gestión de ciclos PP e integraciones de sistemas complejos (BTP). • Comprensión de finanzas generales y presupuestación, incluyendo gestión de pérdidas y ganancias, balance y flujo de caja. • Demostrar experiencia utilizando SAP Activate y metodologías ágiles, SAP Solution Manager / SAP Readiness Check 2.0 y el Catálogo de Ítems de Simplificación. • Experiencia con SAP Cloud ALM para la gobernanza de procesos, pruebas y gestión de versiones (inferido como necesario basado en las responsabilidades mencionadas).
Responsibilities
• Experienced in SAP for leading global and complex migration to S/4HANA as part of a functional team within high pressure environments while managing multidisciplinary teams. • Elaborate specifications on the principles of extensibility, including Clean Core strategy, APIs released, standard improvement frameworks ensuring personalized developments align with best practices and long term update capabilities in SAP. • Lead end to end migration processes for large/global migrations while managing technical debt inherited from legacy systems following established "Best Practices." • Directly manage functional PP teams of 20-40 developers, ensuring code personalization remediation and interface stability. • Communicate effectively with global company executives at C level as well as local site leaders to handle their demands. • Manage complex multi-level landscapes for synchronizing between global templates and local requirements.
