Requirements

Responsibilities

• Payroll Management • Payroll Management • Oversee and process payroll for all employees across multiple countries • Ensure accuracy and compliance with local laws and company policies. • Collaborate with external payroll vendors to run payroll cycles smoothly and on schedule. • Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation • Preparation of annual tax statements • Vendor & EOR Management • Liaise with payroll vendors to resolve issues and implement process improvements. • Work closely with Employer of Record (EOR) partners to manage payroll-related tickets and employee queries.
