EXANTE - Legal Counsel
Requirements
• Qualified lawyer with 2–5 years' PQE, preferably common law qualified (e.g. England &Wales, or another common law jurisdiction). • Strong corporate/commercial background, ideally with exposure to fintech, financial services, payments, or technology. • Familiarity with UAE and/or DIFC/ADGM regulatory frameworks is an advantage (orwillingness to develop it quickly). • Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills. • Commercially pragmatic, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. • Fluent written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including serviceagreements, SaaS/technology agreements, NDAs, and vendor arrangements. • Support corporate governance, entity management, and cross-border structuring acrossgroup jurisdictions. • Assist with regulatory and licensing matters, liaising with regulators as required. • Advise on data protection, AML/KYC, and consumer protection obligations relevant tofintech products. • Help develop internal policies, templates, and compliance processes. • Provide practical, business-focused legal guidance to internal stakeholders.
