Requirements

Responsibilities
• Working closely with the Solutions Architects and internal business partners to design, implement and maintain our Azure based infrastructure. • Assist in the day-to-day running of our infrastructure. • Provide technical guidance to other members of the wider team. • Act as an escalation point (including some out of hours work) for our 1st and 2nd line support teams globally to monitor and troubleshoot our infrastructure. • Work closely with the Project Management and other areas of the wider ICT team to ensure seamless integration of new systems end-to-end. • Develop, build and maintain internal documentation for the cloud infrastructure as well as transition documentation for internal support teams. • Work with the security team to ensure that we only deploy secure platforms and in compliance with ISO security standards.
