Requirements

• Experience in recruitment or sourcing gained within an agency environment (non-negotiable) • Demonstrated ability to source and manage candidates across both sales and technology roles at volume • Confident and professional communicator with strong written and spoken English suitable for internal and client-facing interaction • Experience participating in or supporting candidate and client interviews • Comfortable working US EST hours on a fully remote basis • Must have prior remote work experience and be fluent with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar • Prior experience supporting US or UK-based companies is required — applications without this background will not be considered • Experience recruiting across multiple verticals simultaneously (e.g., sales, customer success, software engineering, or data roles) • Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Lever, Greenhouse, or Bullhorn • Exposure to structured interview frameworks or competency-based assessment methods • Track record of meeting or exceeding sourcing KPIs in a target-driven environment • Tools & Technology • Tools & Technology • LinkedIn Recruiter or LinkedIn Talent Insights • ATS platform (Lever, Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or similar) • Google Workspace • Slack, Zoom, and other remote collaboration tools • Please NOTE It is crucial that you complete the application form in full. Responsibilities

• Source and pipeline candidates for high-volume roles across sales, operations, and technology functions using job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other sourcing channels • Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment workflows including scheduling, screening, and interview coordination • Participate in candidate interviews and sit in on client-facing interviews as a representative of the recruitment function • Liaise with internal hiring managers and team leads to understand role requirements, update pipelines, and provide regular progress reports • Maintain accurate and up-to-date ATS records throughout the recruitment lifecycle • Draft and post job descriptions across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and quality • Provide a positive candidate experience through timely, professional, and empathetic communication • Support the wider recruitment team with ad hoc coordination and administrative tasks as needed
