Osmind - Staff Software Engineer

• 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience shipping complex features in production systems • Demonstrated track record leading technical initiatives that span multiple teams or systems • Proficient with AI coding tools as part of daily development • Experience at early-staged venture-backed startups (e.g. seed through Series C stage) • Strong communicator who can align stakeholders around technical decisions • Passion for improving mental healthcare • HIPAA-regulated healthcare or fintech experience • AI/ML integration in production • Based in San Francisco and able to go into the office 2 days per week • $200,000 - $240,000 a year • Depending on experience. The reasonably estimated national salary range for this position is between $200,000-$240,000 per year, plus an equity package for eligible employees. Actual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and local cost of labor.
