Requirements
• 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience shipping complex features in production systems • Demonstrated track record leading technical initiatives that span multiple teams or systems • Proficient with AI coding tools as part of daily development • Experience at early-staged venture-backed startups (e.g. seed through Series C stage) • Strong communicator who can align stakeholders around technical decisions • Passion for improving mental healthcare • HIPAA-regulated healthcare or fintech experience • AI/ML integration in production • Based in San Francisco and able to go into the office 2 days per week • $200,000 - $240,000 a year • Depending on experience. The reasonably estimated national salary range for this position is between $200,000-$240,000 per year, plus an equity package for eligible employees. Actual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and local cost of labor. Responsibilities
• Own and drive architecture decisions across our stack, setting patterns the whole team builds on • Lead complex, ambiguous product challenges end-to-end—from technical design through shipping to end users • Mentor other engineers through code reviews, design feedback, and pairing • Partner with Product, Design, and Clinical teams to translate clinical workflows into scalable solutions • Identify and drive improvements to technical debt, reliability, and developer experience • Champion AI tools in your daily workflow and help establish team-wide best practices • Our tech stack: TypeScript, Node.js, React, Postgres, AWS, ECS
