• 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with at least 3+ years of people management experience. • Track record of leading engineering teams that have scaled B2C products beyond 10 million users. • Accomplished people leader and manager of both onshore and offshore teams, developing talent and creating a culture of engineering excellence. • Deep expertise in mobile ecosystems (iOS/Android) and the infrastructure required to support them at scale. • Proven experience embedding agentic AI into the SDLC, measurably improving engineering velocity and code reliability. • Exceptional communication skills, specifically in managing stakeholders and distributed teams. • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with a proven track record collaborating closely with Product Managers to translate business goals into technical milestones, actionable roadmaps, and exceptional execution. • Huckleberry Labs is an equal-opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
