GitLab - Senior People Analytics Analyst

• Experience in analytics, preferably within People Analytics, Recruiting Analytics, or a closely related function. • Experience developing reports and dashboards with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms. • Advanced SQL skills, including experience building and maintaining analytical data models in large-scale relational databases. • Proficiency in R or Python for statistical analysis, data preparation, and workflow automation. • Experience designing, implementing, and analyzing team member surveys. • Strong data visualization and storytelling skills, with the ability to develop and deliver presentations for senior and executive audiences. • Clear written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to produce well-organized reference materials. • Experience with Workday reporting and data extraction, people systems such as Greenhouse or Culture Amp, or AI experimentation and automation in analytics workflows is helpful but not required. • The People Technology & Analytics Job Family owns the technology and reporting solutions at GitLab. This range is intended to reflect the role's base salary rate in locations throughout the US. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, alignment with market data, and geographic location. The base salary range does not include any bonuses, equity, or benefits.
