Requirements
• Proven experience recruiting GTM roles (e.g. sales, pre-sales, partner, marketing) within a tech environment • Experience hiring in fast-paced, high-growth or scale-up environments • Strong direct sourcing capability, particularly for passive candidates • Experience managing full recruitment lifecycle for multiple roles simultaneously • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment tools • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how GTM roles drive revenue • Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders to improve hiring outcomes • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Data-driven approach to recruitment performance • Proactive and solutions-focused mindset • Comfortable operating in a fast-changing, evolving environment • Experience recruiting within cloud, AI, infrastructure or deep tech environments • Exposure to hiring within the NVIDIA ecosystem or adjacent markets • Experience building talent maps and delivering market insights • Involvement in employer branding or talent attraction initiatives • Familiarity with recruitment analytics tools or HR technology platforms
Responsibilities
• Full-Cycle Recruitment - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across GTM roles, ensuring a fast, structured and high-quality hiring experience. • Full-Cycle Recruitment - • Candidate Sourcing - Proactively identify and engage high-calibre GTM talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals and targeted outreach strategies. • Candidate Sourcing - • Hiring Manager Partnership - Work closely with senior stakeholders to define role requirements, challenge briefs where needed, and ensure alignment to commercial objectives. • Hiring Manager Partnership - • Talent Pipelining - Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive GTM talent across relevant markets, competitors and adjacent industries. • Talent Pipelining - • Market Mapping & Talent Intelligence - Develop a clear view of the GTM talent landscape across AI, cloud and infrastructure, providing insight on competitors, compensation and hiring trends. • Market Mapping & Talent Intelligence - • Strategic Sourcing Initiatives - Lead targeted sourcing campaigns aligned to key growth areas and upcoming hiring needs. • Strategic Sourcing Initiatives - • Recruitment Operations & ATS Management - Maintain structured workflows within the Applicant Tracking System to ensure consistency, visibility and efficiency across hiring processes. • Recruitment Operations & ATS Management - • Recruitment Data & Insights - Track and analyse recruitment metrics, using data to improve hiring quality, speed and decision-making. • Recruitment Data & Insights - • Employer Branding - Support the positioning of NexGen Cloud as a compelling destination for GTM talent through content, outreach and candidate engagement. • Employer Branding - • Candidate Experience - Ensure a high-quality, engaging candidate journey, with clear communication and a strong narrative around the opportunity.
