Requirements
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required for sales/customer-facing work experience with a preference for SaaS industry background; minimum requirement is one to two years of relevant experience. • Strong listening abilities combined with empathy towards potential customers, along with the skill set needed to quickly assess mutual fit while ensuring customer delight during interactions. • Methodological approach and strong organizational skills necessary for problem-solving within sales strategies; proactive nature is preferred in a curious, collaborative environment eager to learn. • High motivation levels required as well as self-driven ambition not easily discouraged by challenges faced during the role.
Responsibilities
• Identify and implement effective strategies to improve our outbound inside sales engine • Create and prioritise a list of target accounts based on growth objectives • Identify, attract and engage with potential customers to build up pipeline using various channels – email, phone, social media, chat, etc. • Assess mutual fit quickly while providing potential customers with an enjoyable experience • Build knowledge about our product and its value to the customer base • Collect insights from interactions with prospects and share them with the Product team for better solutions addressing real pain points
