Requirements

Required:
4 years of experience in performance marketing, influencer marketing, or digital marketing.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta platforms.
Experience managing influencer campaigns from start to finish.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven decision-making and performance optimization.
Excellent organization and project management skills.
Native in Korean and fluent in English.
Understanding of the Korean digital ads and influencer marketing landscapes.
Nice to Have:
Experience with APAC platforms (Naver, Kakao, Yahoo Japan, etc.).
Experience working with influencers across multiple markets.
Basic Japanese proficiency.
Familiarity with influencer or analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

Performance Marketing:
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and regional platforms.
- Monitor daily performance to optimize ad campaigns for CAC, conversions, and overall marketing efficiency.
- Test new creatives, audiences, and platforms in collaboration with the creative team.
- Support global campaign execution following launch calendars.
- Create monthly campaign reports and analyze creatives.
- Provide inputs for growth forecasting and budget planning; share insights to optimize future campaigns.
Influencer Marketing:
- Identify and manage influencer partnerships aligned with target audiences.
- Reach out, negotiate contracts, secure agreements with influencers.
- Plan and execute influencer campaigns on platforms like Instagram and YouTube.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, content approval processes for creators/agencies.
- Maintain strong relationships with creators and agencies involved in the partnerships.
- Support global campaign execution following launch calendars.
- Create monthly reports on influencer marketing activities; analyze effectiveness of strategies used.
- Provide inputs for growth forecasting, budget planning related to influencer initiatives; share insights to optimize future efforts.
Collaboration & Market Insights:
- Work cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Social, and Paid Media teams in Seoul.
- Ensure campaigns are culturally relevant and localized for APAC markets like Korea and Japan.
- Stay informed on market trends, platform updates, competitive activity within the Korean digital ads landscape.
