Flock - Senior Product Manager, Aviation Hardware

• Proven product management experience in complex, technical environments where hardware, software, and operational systems intersect • Strong ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving spaces and convert incomplete information into clear strategy • Demonstrated success partnering deeply with engineering teams on technical tradeoffs, execution, and roadmap planning • Ability to learn and navigate domain-specific regulatory constraints and use them effectively in shaping product direction • Strong customer instinct and market judgment, with the ability to connect user needs to product strategy and execution • Comfort working across a wide range of stakeholders, including engineering, design, operations, legal, compliance, GTM, and leadership • Interest in or experience with aviation, autonomous systems, robotics, drones, or similarly regulated product spaces is preferred but not required • Feeling uneasy that you haven’t ticked every box?
