Remote Senior NA Senior Product Manager SQL Customer Success Product Marketing Documentation

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in product management, with a significant portion in healthcare, preferably in a startup setting. • At least 3 years of experience working in Value-Based-Care (VBC) and financial analytics, with demonstrated comfort with CMS risk adjustment. • Ability to interface directly with customers and navigate ambiguity across all stages of product development. • Comfort collaborating effectively with engineering and design teams. • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of motivating and guiding teams towards successful product delivery. • Proficiency writing SQL queries, including multi-table joins and aggregations. • Familiarity with medical claims data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with design and engineering to shape the next generation of our risk adjustment platform. • Engage directly with clients to uncover pain points, surface unmet needs, and translate insights into product improvements. • Collaborate across customer success, sales, and engineering to ensure our products meet market demands and stay ahead of regulator requirements. • Define clear goals and KPIs to measure impact, inform prioritization, and drive value. • Develop high-quality documentation & artifacts to ensure clarity for cross-functional partners and stakeholders

Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills and organizational needs.
