Affirm - Bank Strategic Finance Manager

• Team Leadership & Talent Development: Build and lead the Bank strategic finance team, providing strategic direction, recruitment, and coaching as we establish the function. • Team Leadership & Talent Development: • Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the end-to-end forecasting and budget process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals during this critical startup phase. Translate complex analyses into clear, executive-ready narratives that drive insight, inform strategy, and align stakeholders. • Strategic Decision Support: • Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner closely with Affirm, Inc. cross-functional teams to integrate financial workflows. • Cross-Functional Partnership: • What we look for • What we look for • Minimum 8+ years relevant experience in analytical roles (e.g., strategic finance, consulting, data science, or analytics), with demonstrated impact on business outcomes • Minimum 5 years of people management experience • Proven ability to operate with ownership and influence in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Strong business judgment, with the ability to connect detailed analyses to broader strategic context and executive-level decisions • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions across cross-functional teams • Financial modeling proficiency; working knowledge of modeling tools and experience with data visualization tools preferred • Familiarity with fintech, lending and payments business model preferred • Base Pay Grade - M • Base Pay Grade - M • Equity Grade -  USA 8 • Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range.
