Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging virtual technical training sessions on NICE Compliance products to customers, partners, and employees. • Emphasize the business value and technical features of NICE solutions, including installation, configuration, usage, and troubleshooting. • Prepare, configure, and manage training environments and labs. • Continuously maintain expert-level knowledge of NICE Compliance solutions and quickly adopt new products and features. • Develop high-quality training materials in multiple formats to support diverse learning needs. • Utilize effective training methodologies to create impactful learning experiences. • Collaborate cross-functionally with SMEs, consultants, and project managers to align training with product updates. • Adhere to administrative and operational training processes and standards.
