Requirements

• Proven experience designing highly clickable thumbnails for creator-led YouTube channel(s). • Capable of identifying and communicating successful design trends, both overt and subtle, to continue to refine and improve the channel’s thumbnail style • Strong familiarity with A/B/C testing thumbnail and title combinations and identifying which elements and content angles are worth testing against each other • Regularly consumes YouTube content, including in the world of news, business, non-fiction, and explainers • Obsesses over new and evolving trends and varying styles across the YouTube platform • COMPENSATION $250-400 per video (2-4 videos per month) • BRIEF BREW HISTORY • Morning Brew Inc. was founded in 2015 by two entrepreneurial college students who noticed their peers were not consuming legacy media resources about business and finance news, but had a high desire to learn about those topics. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with producers at the onset of production to craft the most clickable title and thumbnail combinations. • Work with producers to create shot lists needed for executing on thumbnails. • Create 3-4 thumbnail options per video, addressing notes before publish after multiple rounds if necessary. • Collaborate with Audience Development team to establish a unified style and feel across the channel's thumbnails. • Archive work and projects in Morning Brew Inc.'s centralized database for future reference.
