• First 90 days: Develop a deep understanding of CPH’s strategy, product, and operating model. Build strong cross-functional relationships. Take ownership of at least one high-priority initiative and bring structure and forward momentum to it. • First 6 months: Manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives across multiple domains. Implement frameworks for tracking and communicating progress. Lead 1–2 cross-functional efforts to measurable completion and introduce systems that enhance executional clarity. • First year: Meaningfully reduce organizational friction, improve execution velocity across multiple initiatives, and become a trusted, go-to operator for the company’s most complex challenges. • You should get in touch if: • You have had 5-8 years of experience at a consulting firm, in BizOps at a tech company, or in a high-trust internal strategy/Chief of Staff-type role. • You understand value-based care, healthcare operations, and payer/provider dynamics. • You think in structured logic, write with precision, speak in synthesized insights, and distill complex problems into actionable plans. • You’re a system builder who wants to see the impact of your thinking play out in operations. • You’ve driven complex, multi-org initiatives to the finish line – not just advised on them. • You’re energized by ambiguity, interested in building processes from the ground up, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. • You are comfortable with shifting priorities and able to pivot quickly based on business needs. • You don’t need positional authority to lead.
