Requirements
• At least 2 campaign cycles or years of relevant experience in digital content creation — including strong graphic design and video editing experience, and/or 2 years of relevant training/education • Experience using Graphic design software (Canva experience preferred) • Strong strategic thinking skills to align digital efforts with overall campaign goals • Demonstrated interest in digital organizing initiatives, including peer-to-peer • texting, distributed events, relational organizing • Proven interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment in which goals and priorities evolve rapidly • Commitment to fostering an inclusive atmosphere and promoting diversity, equity, • Ability to craft compelling narratives and develop creative content that resonates with • diverse audiences. • Not required, but would love to know if you have any of the below: • Familiarity with website hosting platforms (Squarespace preferred) • Backend link tracking • This position is based in HQ as a remote role but may require occasional travel to various FOFAF offices in Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, including in-person interactions with employees and community partners. • Prolonged periods of remaining in a stationary position at a desk and working on a computer • Must be able to transport up to 15 pounds at times • We encourage you to submit an application even if you do not possess every qualification listed here.
