Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in data analytics, preferably at a technical startup with a small analytics team where you had significant ownership • Strong SQL and Python scripting skills for data manipulation and analysis • Expert at data debugging and ensuring data correctness with a proactive approach to data health • Experience with dashboard development and business intelligence tools (Hex, Metabase, PostHog, or similar) • Exceptional attention to detail with consistent review and improvement of data systems • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate complex data insights to leadership • Experience working with highly technical teams and understanding technical business models • Proactive in seeking clarification when needed and comfortable navigating ambiguity • Ability to accept direct feedback and continuously improve • Experience in GPU compute infrastructure or cloud computing space • Background in AI infrastructure or related technical domains • Data engineering skills or familiarity with data pipeline development • Experience at high-growth, early stage, technical companies
