Responsibilities
• Convert warm inbound leads • Conduct outbound calls to re-engage cold or inactive leads • Proactively reach out to potential patients through structured outbound campaigns • Engage via phone, SMS, chat, and email • Educate patients using approved, non-clinical messaging • Handle objections with empathy and confidence • Manage your own pipeline and prioritize follow-ups • Maintain accurate CRM documentation • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly conversion and activity KPIs • Collaborate with care and operations teams for seamless onboarding • This is a phone-heavy role requiring strong follow-up discipline and consistent activity levels. • Drive revenue growth through both inbound and outbound sales efforts • Increase patient conversion rates • Improve follow-up systems to reduce lead drop-off • Help refine outreach messaging and sales processes as we scale • Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and reporting • This Describes You • 3+ years of sales experience (inside sales, telesales, or high-ticket sales) • Proven remote sales experience (required) • Comfortable making 50+ calls per day when needed • Experience in telehealth, healthtech, SaaS, DTC, or wellness preferred • Strong hunter mentality with consultative selling ability • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Highly organized and self-motivated • Professional-level English communication skills • Comfortable working U.S. business hours • Proficient with CRM systems, Slack, Dialpad, and spreadsheetsNote: Kindly send a Loom Video 30-sec of Self Introduction and Relevant Sales Experience.
