Requirements
• Proven experience building and deploying software integrations for robotics, defense, or complex industrial systems, with hands-on skills in C++ and ROS2. • Strong software engineering fundamentals, with a knack for production-quality API integration, service development, and robust testing. • A deep understanding of distributed systems, including modern APIs, data modeling, event-driven architecture, and networking. • The ability to partner directly with customers and operators, understand their world, and translate their needs into clear technical requirements. • A systems-level mindset, capable of reasoning about the interplay between software, hardware, networks, and field operations. • Hands-on experience troubleshooting complex systems in challenging, real-world environments—not just in the lab. • A calm, clear, and pragmatic approach to problem-solving, especially when under pressure in the field. • Excellent technical communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a strong plus. • Please note: You do not need to meet every single requirement to apply.
