Requirements
• Experience leading from the front, proven experience recruiting across multiple business functions in a volume-driven environment, and managing a team with their own ambitious hiring goals. • Experience as a proven leader with strong team management capabilities, able to drive team delivery and success across multiple geographies. • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, building lasting relationships in short time frames. • An ability to recognize and capitalize on expansion opportunities • A data-centric approach to recruitment strategy. • Previous experience in an in-house, RPO, or embedded model.
