Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and deploying scalable applications in the cloud • Expertise in scoping large projects and initiatives into small iterations for release • Clear and efficient communication skills • Mentorship skills and the ability to give well-crafted constructive feedback • Experience in a startup environment is not required but preferred • The base annual salary range is listed below. This role is eligible for additional incentives, including an annual bonus.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a recruiting strategy to build up a new diverse and inclusive engineering team • Lead architectural decisions and roadmap delivery for web & lead API acquisition efforts • Work with the leadership team to produce and deliver the engineering roadmap • Mentor engineers and sponsor them for the right projects to deliver the best product while growing their skillset • Identify and promote engineering best practices • Advise leadership team on technical feasibility and implications of product decisions • What We Look For • Experience managing engineering teams • 5+ years of experience building and deploying scalable applications in the cloud • Experience with Ruby on Rails. • Expertise in scoping large projects and initiatives into small iterations for release • Clear and efficient communication skills • Mentorship skills and the ability to give well-crafted constructive feedback • Experience in a startup environment is not required but preferred • The base annual salary range is listed below.
