Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Linux, combined with pre-sales. • Demonstrated experience working in a remote team or collaborative environment. • A background in software, tech, or a related industry is preferred.
Responsibilities
• Organize regular client meetings to discuss their requirements. • Assist in troubleshooting and incident resolution in enterprise environments. • Ability to create architecture solutions that make sense and create value for clients. • Participate in project meetings and discussions to capture key decisions, action items, and project progress, and translate these into relevant documentation. • Stay up to date on new internal features and product launches. • Monitor and report on sales performance analytics. • Recommend innovative ideas to optimize sales and improve customer user experience. • Move with market trends and competitive landscape to promote thought leadership within the organization. • Targeting new prospects and converting them into clients. • Ability to provide SOW’s and POC’s in a clear, written, and accurate format. • Confidence to conduct training on-site at client organizations. • NEEDED TO SUCCEED • NEEDED TO SUCCEED • Successful candidates will have: • Results-driven with a strong analytical mindset and commercial understanding. • The ability to prioritize competing priorities and projects. • Great problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Interest in open-source software, including operating systems, cloud infrastructure, on-prem servers, or a hybrid environment, as well as knowledge in high-performance computing, including automation and orchestration solutions. • Understanding and respect for UAE business etiquette • A friendly, collaborative, humble, honest, and always striving-to-be-better attitude. • Possess a deep understanding of the architecture, design, and implementation of multi-tiered client/server applications. • Focus and pre-sales experience are most preferred.
