Requirements
• 1–3+ years of inside sales or lead generation experience (B2C or B2B) • Strong outbound prospecting skills and comfort with high-volume outreach • Proven ability to convert leads into customers in a structured sales environment • Excellent communication and objection-handling skills • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment • Strong organizational and time management skills • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
• Proactively generate and qualify new leads through outbound outreach (calls, email, text, and digital channels) • Respond quickly to inbound inquiries and convert leads into active sales opportunities • Educate prospective customers on Nidra Therapy and guide them through the decision-making process • Consistently meet or exceed activity and conversion targets (calls, appointments, conversions) • Manage and track all sales activities within Salesforce CRM • Collaborate with marketing and patient access teams to optimize lead flow and conversion strategies • Provide feedback on messaging, campaigns, and lead quality to improve overall funnel performance
Benefits
• $65,000 annualized base (hourly structure) • Bonus: $3,500 OTE per quarter ($14,000 annual OTE) • Employment Structure: • This role will begin as a temp-to-hire engagement, with the opportunity to convert to a full-time employee based on performance and business needs • temp-to-hire engagement
