Turing - Software Engineering Manager
Requirements

Responsibilities
• Own your team's delivery, health, and growth — planning, execution, and shipping across one or more teams. • Hire, grow, and retain engineers; run 1:1s, performance management, and career development. • Set and raise engineering standards, processes, and ways of working. • Provide technical direction and pressure-test decisions without micromanaging. • Partner with product, design, and leadership; manage up and across. • Own team-level operational excellence, including incident and on-call ownership.
