Responsibilities
• Design & Production • Create print collateral, digital ads, and marketing materials for luxury real estate brands • Produce designs that support strategic advertising and marketing campaigns, enhancing the overall customer experience • Take creative direction and adapt designs based on feedback from marketing and operations teams • Prepare final designs for print, ensuring proper file formats and resolution • Creative Development • Establish new creative components for advertising and marketing efforts • Innovate and develop fresh designs to elevate the customer journey and brand presentation • Develop visually compelling graphics and layouts using strong design principles and artistic aptitude • Collaboration & Communication • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment with project goals • Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently while maintaining creative integrity • Present design concepts and ideas to clients and internal teams, providing rationale behind creative decisions
