Requirements

Responsibilities
• Oversee sales operations in the Mid Atlantic region to drive growth and profitability for Nightfall AI's artificial intelligence solutions within GTM department. • Develop comprehensive regional strategies that align with company goals while adapting them as necessary based on market feedback, performance data, and evolving business needs. • Lead a team of sales professionals by providing guidance, support, mentorship, coaching, training to enhance their skills in selling AI solutions effectively across the region. • Collaborate with other department heads within Nightfall AI for cross-functional initiatives and projects that require input from multiple areas such as product development or marketing strategies. • Manage daily sales activities including setting quotas, monitoring progress towards goals, providing feedback to team members on their performance, resolving conflicts among the team when necessary. • Engage with potential clients by identifying prospects and nurturing relationships through personalized communication such as emails or phone calls while demonstrating Nightfall AI's value proposition for its products/services in a way that resonates with them personally. • Attend industry events, conferences & webinars to network within the field of artificial intelligence; build partnerships and alliances which can help expand business opportunities across different markets or industries where Nightfall AI operates at present as well as future ones being explored by company leadership team members. • Stay abreast with latest trends in technology, market dynamics & competitive landscape within artificial intelligence industry; conduct regular research on emerging technologies that could impact business operations and adapt strategies accordingly if required based upon findings from these studies conducted internally or externally sourced by company leadership team members. • Represent Nightfall AI at various functions such as trade shows, seminars & networking events where appropriate; build relationships with industry influencers who can help promote products/services offered through partnerships established between them along side other companies operating within this sector like Microsoft or IBM which provide access to broader audiences interested in adopting cutting-edge solutions developed by these organizations together. • Develop and maintain strong working relationship among team members; foster an environment where everyone feels valued, respected & empowered while ensuring accountability for meeting individual goals set forth during performance reviews conducted quarterly throughout the year leading up towards annual review period culminating into end of fiscal calendar cycle. • Participate actively in company meetings including executive team gatherings; provide input on strategic decisions being made regarding future direction/growth plans for Nightfall AI while advocating best practices adopted internally across various departments within organization which contribute towards overall success achieved thus far along side other companies operating similar business models like Salesforce or Oracle Corporation who also rely heavily upon strong leadership presence at all levels throughout their respective organizations.
Benefits
• OTE (Base + Commission) $325K – $350K • Employee compensation will be determined based on interview performance, level of experience, specialization of skills, and market rate. During the offer discussion, your recruiter will review the finalized base salary, bonus (for applicable roles), benefits & perks, and stock options as they’ll be reflected in the offer letter. • Employees hired in the U.S. can expect the below information to reflect a reasonable estimate of the salary offered for this role. Salary ranges are updated regularly using premium market data. It is unusual for new hires to receive a starting base salary at the top of the range.
