Responsibilities
• Debug software, hardware, and system issues on autonomous vehicles. • Analyze the data of automatic driving simulation and road test. • Conduct researches on testing and analyzing feasibility, design, operation, performance of equipment, components, and running on autonomous vehicles. • Design efficient components and optimize existing software and hardware for computing platforms. • Work with team members to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, provide technical information to improve the stability, safety, and security of the onboard software and hardware stack. • Write performance requirements for software and hardware devices running on autonomous vehicles. • Investigate and debug failures which happen on autonomous vehicles like C++ code issues, hardware issues, and Linux system issues and recommend remedial actions. • Research and develop machine learning algorithms for AI triaging incidents reported from autonomous driving operators.
