IXL Learning - Associate Product Manager, Rosetta Stone

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM or related field • 1-3 years of product management experience, preferably in EdTech, Enterprise SaaS, or related field • Effective communication and collaboration skills, especially with Engineering, Design, and QA teams • Passion for crafting and communicating product vision across the organization • Strong focus on user journey and experience, understanding both consumer and enterprise perspectives • Proficient in wireframing product concepts to visually communicate ideas and iterate on designs efficiently • Proven ability to manage projects adeptly, adjusting tasks and priorities to meet evolving business needs, and communicate changes effectively to stakeholders • Comfortable in a dynamic, lean team environment where adaptability is key • Learning mindset, embracing challenges with a can-do attitude • Self-motivated and proactive, taking initiative without reminders • Creative, open-minded, and consistently positive attitude • Passion for improving education through technology • The base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000 to $140,000 + equity + benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the position.
