Requirements

Responsibilities
• Build payment infrastructure that works across multiple countries, currencies, and regulatory regimes • Design multi-currency accounting and reconciliation systems at scale • Integrate with international banking systems and payment rails (SEPA, BACS, and SWIFT) • Take on both 0-1 work (launching new markets) and 1-N work (scaling existing ones) simultaneously • Collaborate cross-functionally with compliance, product, ops, and external partners to navigate complex regional requirements • Own problems end-to-end — from architecture to production reliability to partner integrations
