Requirements
• Identify and onboard potential sellers, brands, and stores in the CEE region. • Lead negotiations on commercial and payment terms, closing deals with vendors. • Manage the onboarding process, ensuring operational readiness through cross-functional collaboration. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance KPIs and align with business objectives. • Drive account engagement through regular meetings, performance assessments, and relationship-building efforts. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Management, Business, or a related field. • Extensive track record in business development or sales, ideally within e-commerce, retail, or tech industries, with a focus on non-fashion categories such as electronics or home goods. • Market research and analytical skills to identify and evaluate potential vendors. • Proven ability to negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to secure favorable deals. • Fluency in English and Romanian, with excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms. • Willingness to travel frequently and without restrictions.
