Requirements
• Global Account Mastery (Non-Negotiable): Extensive, proven experience selling and closing large, complex service solutions within Global and Strategic accounts. You understand the unique procurement, legal, and technical hurdles of multi-national organizations. • al Account Mastery (Non-Negotiable): • large, complex service solutions • Industry Tenure: 15+ years of experience selling into industry verticals with 10+ years designing solutions across virtualization, storage, security, and networking. • Industry Tenure: • EMEA Expertise: Deep understanding of the EMEA market landscape, including "Go-To-Market" sales motions across both Enterprise and Global accounts. • EMEA Expertise: • EMEA market landscape • Solution Sales DNA: Expert knowledge of value-based selling, ROI model development, and sizing/scoping Pure’s Services Portfolio for massive scale. • Solution Sales DNA: • Technical Authority: Competency in the pillars of the Modern Data Experience: AI/ML, Data Protection/Migration, and Hybrid Cloud strategies (AWS, Azure, GCP). • Technical Authority: • Bid Management: Expert in coordinating and winning high-stakes proposals (RFQs, RFIs, RFPs) and navigating complex contract negotiations and risk mitigation. • Bid Management: • Academic & Professional Pedigree: Bachelor’s degree; recognized industry certifications and quota-bearing experience are highly preferred. • Academic & Professional Pedigree: • Agility: Ability to work individually on complex challenges while traveling up to 25% to engage with customers on-site. • Agility: • Language Skills: Fluent English is required.
