Requirements
• Board certification in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, with an active medical license (multi-state preferred, though exceptional candidates without multi-state licensure will be considered) • Be able to commit to weekends • Ability to work at least 20 hours/month, no overnights • You’re a good fit if • You’re a role model clinician who enjoys helping patients solve problems, whether those problems are clinical, social or logistical • You are a self-motivated, creative doer who takes ownership of broad initiatives and drives them to completion, navigating ambiguity with ease • You thrive on working alongside exceptional teammates and derive energy from collaborative environments
Responsibilities
• Provide virtual care services to patients on weekends as a Physician at Counsel Health's Virtual Care department. • Interact with patients through telemedicine platforms for synchronous and asynchronous consultations based on their medical needs. • Diagnose, treat, and manage patient health conditions remotely during the specified hours of virtual care service availability (weekends). • Maintain a high standard of clinical practice within Counsel Health's guidelines while delivering telemedicine services to patients in need.
