Remote Senior NA Payments Software Controller CFO Reporting Financial Reporting Close

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading and scaling a controllership or accounting organization within a high-growth technology company. • Experience supporting businesses with multiple revenue streams, including both SaaS and payments. • Proven success leading accounting teams across financial reporting, close, audit, controls, tax, payroll, billing, collections, and finance operations. • Experience operating in multi-entity and multi-currency environments. • Demonstrated ability to improve the scalability, efficiency, and predictability of accounting operations while maintaining strong financial controls. • Strong executive communication skills with the judgment and confidence to serve as a trusted partner to the CFO. • Experience developing leaders, building high-performing teams, and creating accountability across the accounting organization. • Comfortable leveraging systems, automation, data, and AI to improve accounting operations.
